The problem of quality in education is a frightening specter for some people, especially parents who hope for a feedback effect from the learning process that takes place in educational institutions. However, the problem of quality in education is often intertwined with the problem of the low competence of teachers in learning, mainly related to their pedagogic competence. Thus, this article describes the process of mentoring e-learning training for teachers at MTs and SMA Muhammadiyah, Katingan. Efforts made in the context of the empowerment process are carried out by; 1) a preliminary study on learning problems in MTs and SMA Muhammadiyah; 2) a presentation of material concepts about e-learning from planning to evaluation, and 3) best practice of e-learning mentoring activities.Referensi
